We do not sell or support illegal or unauthorized items, including but not limited to cracked software, keygens, hacked accounts, credential theft, or unauthorized “shared accounts/profiles.” Any order/request that appears to violate laws or platform/provider terms may be rejected without delivery.

3) Order process

• Choose a product/service and contact us for confirmation.
• We confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timeline.
• Delivery is done via WhatsApp/Email/Account access instructions, depending on product type.

4) Customer responsibilities

• You must provide correct contact details and required information for delivery.
• You agree not to misuse our services for spam, fraud, or illegal activity.
• For software/OTT products, you agree to follow the original provider’s terms.

5) Pricing and changes

Prices can change due to supplier/provider updates. The price confirmed at the time of order is final for that order.

6) Delivery and activation

Delivery timelines vary by product/service. Digital items may require verification steps. If delivery depends on customer-provided information, delays caused by missing/incorrect details are not our responsibility.

7) Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for provider/platform downtime, policy changes, account restrictions by third-party providers, or issues caused by user device/network problems.
