Refund Policy

1) Digital products
Because we deliver digital goods (software/OTT/subscriptions/licenses), refunds are limited once delivery/activation information has been provided.
2) Eligible cases
- We could not deliver the product within the confirmed time and no suitable replacement is offered.
- Delivered item is not as described and we cannot fix/replace it.
- Technical issue from our side prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.
3) Not eligible for refund
- User changed mind after delivery.
- Issues due to wrong info provided by customer (wrong email/phone/device details).
- Third-party platform/provider restrictions, policy changes, or account actions beyond our control.
- Any request involving illegal/unauthorized use (cracked, hacked, shared accounts etc.).
4) Services (SEO / website / marketing)
Service payments may be non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled, we may refund the unused portion after deducting work already completed.
5) How to request a refund
Contact support with your order details and payment reference. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6) Refund method
Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
